Shipping policy
- Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We have a tiny (but mighty) staff working diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, while tending to the day-to-day operations of running a nomadic art museum. Thank you for your understanding in advance!
- Orders are shipped weekly (excluding weeks that observe a U.S. federal holiday).
- We ship from Colorado both domestically and internationally.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail® (1 to 3 business days). International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International® (6 to 10 business days).
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive an additional notification once your order has shipped.
- If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe and are concerned it may be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@blackcube.art.
- We are currently operating online only.
